Service specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Our contact form uses separate, optional consent choices for informational/customer-care SMS and marketing SMS. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default, and neither is required to purchase goods or services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Informational/Customer-Care Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the informational SMS checkbox, you expressly consent to receive inquiry and missed-call follow-ups, requested service information, appointment confirmations or rescheduling, and customer-care updates from Deep Blue AI Agency at the number provided.
Separate Marketing Opt-In: Marketing consent is collected through a second, independent checkbox. By checking that box, you expressly consent to receive occasional promotional offers and service announcements from Deep Blue AI Agency. Checking one SMS box does not check or require the other.

6. Payment and Billing
Service fees are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
- Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- One-time projects require a deposit before work begins
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per the terms of the individual service agreement
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from advertising or marketing campaigns. Digital advertising results depend on many variables outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and competition.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Blue AI Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services immediately for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
